Jaynae Johnson is a Jacksonville native with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare information technology industry, currently serving as Strategic Alliance Analyst III. Jaynae is responsible for managing strategic relationships with health plan customers. In 2003, Jaynae joined Availity where she continues to grow professionally serving in a variety of roles. 

Many consider Jaynae to be the social butterfly of the organization. She has a philanthropic spirit and can often be found leading a volunteer initiative, planning a special event, and socializing with coworkers throughout the organization. Jaynae embodies the Availity spirit and culture, which is a mix of smart, caring, and talented people who enjoy the challenges of working in healthcare technology and believe in supporting their communities.

Jaynae has been involved and served in leadership positions with numerous organizations throughout Jacksonville, including United Way, American Heart Association, Big Brother Big Sisters, and many others. She has served as the Achievers for Life coordinator and mentor at Availity since 2012, helping countless at-risk students at Ribault Middle School and inspiring others to do the same. In 2016, she was recognized by the American Heart Association as a Go Red for Women honoree. In 2019 Jaynae helped facilitate a new mentor program with Ribault Senior High and Big Brother Big Sister’s “Beyond School Walls”.

Jaynae lives in Jacksonville with her family. When she’s not at work, or volunteering, you can find Jaynae spending time with her adult children and 5-year-old grandson.
